Provide training to the pre-primary or primary teachers as per the SMART KIDS Curriculum.
Prepare the presentations required for the training programs, workshops, and other events where teachers are involved.
Develop and design effective online teacher training programs that can be conducted through Zoom or Google Meet.
Develop new strategies and plans for an improved teaching and learning experience.
Collaborate with the associated schools’ teachers and Smart Kids staff to develop improved curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management techniques.
Identify the other training needs required for the teachers based on the feedback received from the teachers.
Keep abreast of developments in teaching as well as the relevant subject area.
